Most times when Apple hardware breaks, it's generally a trip to the Genius Bar or an authorized Apple Repair location. However, Apple severely restricts what can be repaired onsite due to intentionally restricting spare parts. Additionally, the experience typically costs the same as when purchased new to fix. Rossmann Repair Group in Manhattan, NY bypasses all of this, providing excellent service, expert troubleshooting diagnostic and capable of repairing anything on-board. They also resell all of their high-end soldering equipment and supplies at store.rossmanngroup.com.

Windows Defrag is incapable of handling large (2GB+) single files, such as ISO files, virtual machine files, etc. can easily be 5GB+ each. At $200, Diskeeper Professional does the best job at this, yet Defraggler is a great free alternative. Defraggler can replace Windows Defrag during installation. While I do not choose this option, I plainly use the portable version to manually defrag at night once a month.

While there are other open source projects that produce these GUI, TreeSizeFree is by far the best working and best looking. Scan results allow you to drill down and open the folders directly to the largest offending files for removal.
